Central Idaho is number three in the nation for dairy/cheese food processing and contributes nearly half of Idaho’s agribusiness receipts. With local industrial vacancy under 2%, new development is needed to increase opportunity in the region.
The FBI is nearing completion of its office and data center facility off Quinn Road and Pole Line Road in Pocatello. Upon completion it is expected that the FBI will employ an additional 350 people.
Eastern Idaho currently has over 1,500 acres of land for sale. Bannock county makes up the majority of that with 1,050 acres of land currently for sale, with an average asking price of $314,300 per acre.
Site work is complete at Jackson Hole Junction, a new 44-acre mixed-use center with up to 350,000 square feet retail and medical space.
