Over the next 12 months, demand for office space will continue at a steady pace and market occupancy will remain stable. The availability of Class A space in buildings and locations that provide access to a broad mix of amenities, advanced modern, efficient building systems and high levels of occupier satisfaction will tighten. Asking rents will increase slightly due to the decreasing availability of Class A space. Purely speculative construction is unlikely, but some projects in the pipeline may commence upon securing an anchor tenant commitment.
