Industrial Market Activity Remains Steady in Dayton

The Dayton industrial market posted an occupancy gain totaling
791,920 square feet during the fourth quarter of 2019, bringing the
year-to-date total to 1,591,004 square feet. Meanwhile, vacancy has
remained relatively steady, dropping only 30 basis points (BPS) to
7.0% at the end of this year.
