Dayton Retail Market Recovers 2019’s Losses During Final Quarter

After recording three consecutive quarters of occupancy losses,
the Dayton retail market recorded positive net absorption totaling
329,569 square feet during the final quarter of 2019. The overall
market vacancy rate fell a full percentage point from the third
quarter to end the year at 9.3%, a decrease of 10 basis points from
the end of 2018.
