With quality available buildings becoming an endangered species, we continue to see rent and sale prices rise. This will hopefully help to stabilize the local investment market and cover the gap between the cost of construction and current rental rates, as investor activity and spec buildings become non-existent when rental rates don’t justify the cost of building.
