In the fourth quarter of 2018, Miami- Dade saw 578,948 square feet of retail space delivered to the market. Overall, the county saw 1.2 million square feet of new retail deliveries in 2018. Over 3 million square feet of retail space remains under construction in Miami-Dade County.
