Landlords Market Perseveres as Rental Rates Climb, Lease Terms Lengthen

The Central Florida industrial market continued to outpace other asset classes, having added more than 6.5 million square feet of new construction over the past two years. The market’s average rental rates have soared to all-time highs with warehouse space rents surpassing $6 per square foot (NNN) and $11 per square foot (NNN) for flex space.
