Rental rates continue to increase in Portland’s most desirable and iconic buildings, although occupancy is down in response to significant new supply that has yet to find tenants (primarily, the 172K Tanner Point, which sits vacant) and large renovations (Aspect on Sixth). Rental rates are approaching $38 PSF on an annual basis, and the highest quality buildings are even reaching into the mid-40s, full service gross.
