Much of Portland’s Skyline has changed hands from local to institutional ownership in the recent few years. This typically means that the quality of the assets will increase with value-add opportunities and major renovations. As the quality of Portland’s most significant buildings reaches new heights, rental rates will continue to rise and competition for top tenants will become more and more fierce.
