Vacancy for the quarter dropped down to 6.38 percent due to a large reallocation of vacant product within the Kmart building. Per the write up in the report, some significant capital improvements to the property will leave 1,182,809 square feet as un-leasable product through the third quarter of 2018. This will be removed as vacant product and give the vacancy rate a more accurate depiction of the market.
