ANOTHER SOLID YEAR FOR SACRAMENTO'S OFFICE MARKET 

Quality office space in prime Sacramento area locations is becoming increasingly difficult to come by. With the only significant speculative development this year fully leased and no new construction on the horizon, tenants have had to compete for the large blocks of space that remain in sought after submarkets. The Sacramento office market finished 2018 with more than 800,000 square feet of annual net absorption, enough to drop the overall vacancy rate to its lowest point in almost 17 years.
