As we begin 2018, the North I-680 Corridor’s industrial market remains constricted. The overall vacancy rate increased to 8.1 percent in the current quarter, from 7.0 percent the previous year. Rental rates dropped slightly to $0.62 per square foot from $0.70 the same period. During the quarter, there was negative 2,017 square feet of absorption. Four notable sales occurred during the quarter, which has been typical in this market for a few years.
