As we proceed into 2019, the North I-680 Corridor’s industrial market continues to be extremely tight. The overall vacancy rate increased to 4.2 percent, an increase of two basis points since last quarter. Rental rates increased to $0.88, an increase of $0.02 over the same period. During the quarter there was negative 28,285 square feet of absorption. Three sales occurred during the quarter, which is typical when taking into account previous quarters.
