For occupiers exploring large new office leases, we de-risk a relocation by bringing in an operator to enter a building together. Our clients take a hybrid of traditional office space with the landlord and a flexible agreement with the operator.

Francesco is responsible for advising new and existing enterpise clients on the flexible workspace industry. Francesco supports clients with portfolio consulting, transaction services, and new product and solution developments. He acts as Colliers' Americas thought leader and dedicated sector expert on the flexible workspace market.
Prior to joining Colliers, Francesco served as Head of Customer Acquisition at leading flexible workspace company Knotel, where he led their customer acquisition efforts, catering to established and growing companies to give them the freedom to focus on their business, culture and people.
He was previously COO of Bisnow from 2013-2019, where he was responsible for transforming the publication from a local newsletter business into the largest digital marketing and events platform in the commercial real estate industry.
Jonny leads the Flexible Workspace Consulting team for Asia Pacific at Colliers, having founded the business line in 2015. Flexible Workspace Consulting works with operators, occupiers, asset owners and investors offering consultancy, advisory and transaction services to leverage this fast growing and dynamic sector.
Jonny has overseen over 2 million sq. ft. of flexible workspace transactions on behalf of operators and advised some of the largest asset owners in Asia Pacific on their strategy towards integrating flexible workspace and meaningful amenities to their portfolios, while also supporting Colliers’ occupier clients in the sector.
