Prior to joining Colliers, I was the market leader for the Data Center Solutions practice with CBRE in Phoenix, where I managed a constantly evolving, forward-focused, nationally collaborative data center solutions brokerage platform. I identified sites suitable for data center redevelopment; worked with architects, engineers and contractors to estimate construction costs, and modeled the financial impact of multiple courses of action to determine TCO and cost structure of various options.
