Becoming Colliers | Denver

Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler began its operations as a developer in the Denver metropolitan area in 1966. To provide our clients with a more diverse set of global real estate services, the firm joined the Colliers International family in 1983 and became known as Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler.The company operated as a highly successful, independently owned and operated affiliate. We are now accelerating the success of our clients under one name, one brand and one operating belief.

Since our inception, we have transitioned into a full service real estate firm offering best in class office, industrial and retail representation, corporate services, property management, facility management, capital market service, project management and market research.

Mr. Calbert is involved in fee development for Colliers International.

Chris Wiley

Chris Wiley is a principal of Colliers International, Denver and focuses his attention on representing and consulting for local and national users of commercial real estate. In this capacity, Mr. Wiley’s client’s trust in his abilities as a result of his attention to detail, strategic planning and negotiating strategies.  He and his team offer a full range of tenant representation services to their clients completing an annual average transaction volume totaling over $100 million.

Robert Miller

Principal | Vice President Operations

Mr. Miller has been in the asset management business since 1985.  He started his career as an on-site building manager in downtown Chicago and later held positions as an institutional asset manager for CitiCorp Real Estate and The Travelers Realty Investment Corporation.  Bob is well versed in all aspects of property management including financial control, budgeting, construction management, and preventative maintenance.  He also has vast experience in running numerous asset valuations and budgeting software programs.
