Making a difference in the Hartford metro

Hartford metro

Colliers serves a broad range of industries, non-profits, governmental entities, institutions and individuals in the Hartford region and throughout Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Our multiple offices offer a broad range of commercial real estate services including brokerage, project management and property management.

Our history

Colliers’ offices in the Greater Hartford region began over 70 years ago in the late 1940s. We have expanded the number of offices and our services through the years to meet the needs of our clients.

Our Project Management Group works as an extension of your staff, providing strategic guidance and hands-on management support during the planning, design, construction, commissioning and occupancy phases of capital projects. Our multi-disciplined team of professionals has the experience to develop and implement strategies to achieve your cost, schedule and quality goals and we anticipate problems before they become obstacles, ensuring your project is executed to the highest standards.

Our brokerage and property management teams have extensive experience in all property types, with most of our brokers having over 20 years of experience. We have been involved in many of the significant transactions and projects in the region.
