R.C. Mathews Contractor has literally changed Nashville's skyline over the past several decades. Janet Miller
Market Leader & CEO | Partner

Janet Miller has been a key player in Nashville’s commercial real estate community for over 30 years.  She joined Colliers Nashville as CEO and Market Leader in September of 2014, following 21 years of service as the Chief Economic Development Officer for the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce. During that time period, Miller led the ten-county region’s top agency for recruiting new companies to the region and working with existing companies on retention and expansion projects. Miller led a team that was named a top ten economic development group in America for 4 of the last 5 years of her tenure and successfully worked with over 400 corporations on major job-creation projects including Asurion, HCA, Beretta, Mars Pet Care, Nissan, Bridgestone, Dell Inc., BNY Mellon, UBS and numerous others. At Colliers, Miller is responsible for talent development, business and brand development and all operations for the Colliers Nashville office. The Colliers office has 41 brokers and a projected transaction volume for 2018 of $800 million. Miller also serves on Colliers International’s North American Board of Advisors.

Bert Mathews

As a commercial broker, Bert has been involved in a number of trend setting transactions in Nashville. 

Bert was the project leader on the Trolley Barns, a 90,000 square feet mixed use project on Rolling Mill Hill in downtown Nashville.  The development required innovative financing techniques including a 85 year unsubordinated ground lease with MDHA, tax increment financing and the sale of historic tax credits.

Bert was instrumental in the first major air rights sale in Nashville, which involved the sale of such rights to J. C. Bradford & Company from Commerce Street Parking Venture.

Bert and the team at Colliers International received the honor of Office Lease of the Year in 2009 from the Middle Tennessee NAIOP Chapter.

Jo Anne Corbitt
Executive Vice President of Property Management

Jo Anne Corbitt brings the flexibility, tenacity, and optimism to the field of real estate management. “I like bringing all the various parts together,” says Jo Anne. “Every project is different. Every day is different, and every obstacle is different. I really like getting to a resolution and coming out on the other end with a strong win-win.”

Jo Anne is a longtime member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the internationally recognized organization of professional property managers. She served as president of the Nashville chapter of IREM in 1982, and after a number of national assignments and roles, she represented IREM as its national president in 1997.

Jo Anne is a licensed real estate broker in Tennessee and a longtime active member in the Greater Nashville, Tennessee and National Associations of Realtors. She has served each of those organizations in various committee capacities and training roles. She also serves as a director with the Greater Nashville Apartment Association and the Tennessee Apartment Association.

Philip Ehrlich

Phil was most recently a principal at Vision Real Estate LLC, the retail-only firm he co-founded with Michael Taylor. Vision Real Estate grew rapidly between 2001 and 2015 as it acquired a client base stretching from Tennessee to Mississippi, Kentucky, and Alabama. In Summer 2015, Colliers was pleased to announce a merger with Vision Real Estate which brought Phil’s business acumen and real estate knowledge to the Colliers team.

After graduating from the University of Southern Mississippi with a BS in Business Administration, Phil joined the US Air Force. He was stationed at Mississippi’s Columbus Air Force Base from 1983 to 1987. Phil launched his corporate career as Coordinator of Facilities Management for the State Board of Regence, then moved into a position with Deloitte. By 1992, Phil was Director of Asset Management and Development with Weston Companies. After serving as Executive Vice President of Mission Properties from 1999-2001, he co-founded Vision Real Estate, LLC.

Randy Price
Chief Financial Officer | Nashville

Randy oversees a staff of seven accounting professionals whose responsibilities include financial management and reporting for the investment property owners, the construction company, and the brokerage operations. 

He joined The Mathews Company as the controller over development activities and soon moved into operations. During his tenure at The Mathews Company, he has been responsible for selecting and installing three new accounting and management software systems, projecting and managing the cash flow for operations, development and management activities and overseeing the company’s benefits. Prior to The Mathews Company, he acheieved the manager level at Anderson and was part of the audit division of the Nashville office of Arthur & Company working the construction, manufacturing and utility industries.
