Mr. Parsley has been involved in and responsible for all phases of commercial real estate brokerage activity over the past 36 years. A native Houstonian, he returned to Houston after graduating from law school in 1979 to serve as an attorney with Bracewell & Patterson, specializing in corporate law. In 1983, he joined Colliers International, where he is one of the company’s principal shareholders. He served as President and CEO of Colliers' Houston office prior to assuming the position of Co-Chairman in 2004. He brings a wide range of real estate experience, along with an understanding of the legal issues involved in real estate transactions. He has represented a broad range of corporate clients, both public and private, in office and industrial sales and office tenant rep lease transactions in Houston and throughout the USA. Bob currently serves as a member of Colliers’ Occupier Services Group, Healthcare Services Group and Law Firm Services Group. Bob has been one of the top two producers in the Colliers Houston office for the past fifteen years. He has also been a Colliers Everest Award recipient since the inception of the award, which is granted to the top 10% of producers for Colliers International in North America. In 2018, Bob was recognized as the #2 ranked 2018 Heavy Hitter for office tenant representation in the greater Houston area with over $200 million in gross dollar value of deals executed in 2017. The SIOR designation that he carries signifies the highest level of accountability and ethical standards in commercial real estate.

Lisa Sims joined Colliers International in 2001 as a member of the Office Services Group. She brings over 21 years of commercial real estate experience to our team. Lisa participates in transaction management and facilitates successful lease and sale transactions for the clients and brokers of her team. She provides a high level of professionalism and superior internal and external client service to every assignment. Lisa has participated in numerous transactions involving office, medical, land and investment properties. She manages the compilation of research materials, creates marketing and promotional materials, prepares financial analysis reports, and provides various other brokerage support services to insure the success of each project in which she is involved. Lisa’s strengths are her attention to detail, unique problem solving skills and her commitment to excellence. She has built an outstanding reputation as a dedicated professional with a strong work ethic and has a proven record of providing excellent internal and external client service to accomplish team goals.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Lisa was with a smaller boutique commercial real estate firm. Previous to that, Lisa spent eighteen years working with homebuilders in Houston, Texas and in Austin, Texas, where she gained a multitude of knowledge in many different aspects of residential real estate transactions. Lisa is a native Houstonian.
Director of Market Research | Houston
Lisa joined Colliers in 2010 as Director of Market Research bringing 26 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm. Lisa initiates proactive market research projects to further the business goals of the company. She writes and prepares 29 market reports annually which include quarterly reports on Houston’s retail, office, industrial and healthcare properties. Further, she prepares statistical ownership reports for various clients as well as an annual Houston Economic Overview. Lisa also creates PowerPoint market presentations, trade journal articles, and other marketing materials in support of the company's business endeavors. She works with senior management in planning the company's marketing strategy and public relations support for local and national conferences, luncheon meetings, recruitment programs, and special events. Lisa works closely with the company's brokers to develop effective custom market research material specific to both existing and potential clients.
Lisa serves on the Colliers International Editorial Board, the Colliers International U.S. Research Council, is a Colliers Center of Excellence team member and is a recipient of the Colliers International Researcher of the Year Award.
Director, Financial Analytics | Houston
Bringing 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, Marilynne joined Colliers in 2018 to provide financial analysis to the company’s leasing and investment sales teams for all types of assets. Prior to joining Colliers, she specialized in advising companies regarding their commercial real estate requirements or investments, including the following types of financial analysis:
