As a brokerage associate in the Colliers Silicon Valley office, I work closely with John Kovaleski and David Buchholz in supporting and expanding our team’s diverse client-services platform. This platform includes corporate tenant representation, project leasing, and site acquisition/dispositions throughout the Greater San Francisco Bay Area and Western United States. Day to day, I strive to consistently exceed our clients’ expectations through unmatched initiative, meaningful communication rooted in a deep knowledge of the market, and careful follow-through in all areas of the business. Like John and David, my clients’ goals and best interests are always my first priority.
Prior to joining Colliers, I spent twelve years in marketing and business development in multiple business sectors. Most recently, I worked for the Fremont engineering firm, CTE Cal. That experience—and my longstanding focus on persistent outreach, relentless commitment to clients’ needs, clear communication, and just-in-time deliverables—has served me well in my current role as a Colliers broker.
I graduated from Santa Clara University, and my wife and our family currently live in Oakland. In my spare time, I really enjoy tennis, basketball, and snowboarding.

Since joining Colliers International’s San Jose office in November 2002, John has leased or sold over 10 million square feet of industrial/commercial space and over 120 acres of land for development with an aggregate value in excess of $1.25B on behalf of clients including; Express Messenger Systems, Inc dba OnTrac, General Motors, CVS/Pharmacy, PNC Realty Investors, Urban Catalyst, Riverview Systems Group, and Hensel Phelps Construction Co.

David joined Colliers International in November 2002 after working at Trammell Crow Company for nearly five years doing corporate and institutional work in the Burlingame and San Jose offices.
