Amanda joined the Colliers International Houston office in 2019. Using her drive and passion, she has quickly excelled within our office. Amanda supports a wide range of advisors specializing in industrial, land, healthcare, investment, and design and construction advisory services. Her area of expertise includes developing and maintaining a staged marketing program for listing assignments, listing pitches, proposals and agreements, tenant/buyer site tour coordination, market research, marketing initiatives, online database maintenance and tracking deals, client support, and contract/lease administration. She is experienced in the use of advanced software programs for use in the marketing and collateral of all properties.

Director of Market Research | Houston
Lisa joined Colliers in 2010 as Director of Market Research bringing 26 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm. Lisa initiates proactive market research projects to further the business goals of the company. She writes and prepares 29 market reports annually which include quarterly reports on Houston’s retail, office, industrial and healthcare properties. Further, she prepares statistical ownership reports for various clients as well as an annual Houston Economic Overview. Lisa also creates PowerPoint market presentations, trade journal articles, and other marketing materials in support of the company's business endeavors. She works with senior management in planning the company's marketing strategy and public relations support for local and national conferences, luncheon meetings, recruitment programs, and special events. Lisa works closely with the company's brokers to develop effective custom market research material specific to both existing and potential clients.
Lisa serves on the Colliers International Editorial Board, the Colliers International U.S. Research Council, is a Colliers Center of Excellence team member and is a recipient of the Colliers International Researcher of the Year Award.

Caroline has been actively involved in the operations of Colliers International for over twenty years. Originally hired by the company as a bookkeeper on a contract basis, she now serves as chief operating officer. Caroline also serves as Colliers Administrator and MCA Coordinator. Prior to joining Colliers, Caroline was employed by an independent investor, her duties focusing on accounting and taxes. In addition, she worked as a special project technical assistant with Aramco Services Company, the American subsidiary of the Saudi national oil company.

Christopher S. Klein commenced his commercial real estate career in 1982, when he began working for Robert S. Wilson Investments, a medium sized developer.
Within a year, Mr. Klein was asked to join Wilson & Wilson, a development company formed by a departing principal of Robert S. Wilson Investments. He served as Project Manager for the development of five shopping centers totaling more than 410,000 sq. ft. and two office buildings totaling 100,000 sq. ft.
In 1985, Mr. Klein became Vice President of Development for The HouReal Corporation where he was project manager for the development of more than 240 acres of raw land. Mr. Klein’s responsibilities included the construction of streets and utilities and the formation of Municipal Utility Districts. Upon completion of the infrastructure, Mr. Klein sold 80+ acres of mixed-use commercial land to investment builders such as Trammell Crow Co., Crow-Western Co., Health Care and Retirement Corporation of America, Southland Corporation and First Texas Savings Association.
In March of 1997, Mr. Klein merged his accounts with Henry S. Miller Commercial and joined the firm as Vice President. At Henry S. Miller, Mr. Klein completed more than 500 transactions, many of which were with national and regional clients such as Transpak, Premier Car Rental, Staff Force, Vexapak, Madewell, ENGY, Proportional Technologies, Crescent Directional Drilling, and many more.
In March 2001, Mr. Klein joined Colliers International as a listing specialist in commercial properties and automobile dealerships. Mr. Klein holds positions on the Colliers Life Sciences Steering Committee and the Colliers Automobile Retails Services Group (CARS) Steering Committee.
Since that time, Mr. Klein has sold more than 250 buildings and more than 2,000 acres of land to industrial users and developers. This is in addition to his leasing more than 2MM square feet of industrial space on behalf of tenants and landlords. Mr. Klein has also been involved in multiple investment sales having a cumulative value of more than $150MM.

Mr. Taetz offers more than 34 years of experience with Colliers International with a strong focus on industrial multi-modal transactions spanning a broad range of logistics projects including raw land site selection, high volume warehousing, manufacturing, rail car storage–in-transit, and development of barge fleeting facilities.
Prior to joining Colliers in 1986, Mike was employed as a construction manager with Brown & Root and, thereafter with the Trammell Crow Company. His knowledge of supply chain related facilities has benefited a variety of clients with their site selection process, leading to his involvement in more than 400 transactions, valued at over one billion dollars. Mr. Taetz became a Principal in the Houston office of Colliers in 1997.

Beth Young is a real estate advisor to health systems, private and institutional investors, and users of medical facilities. She specializes in dispositions, acquisitions, marketing, asset valuation, contract negotiations, and leases of medical and investment properties.
Prior to joining Colliers, Beth was Vice President of the Investment Services Group of the former Grubb & Ellis Company where she specialized in the sale of investment properties including office, medical, retail and industrial buildings, and was a member of the Healthcare Practice Group. From 1996 to 2002, she served as Vice President of Corporate Services for The Staubach Company, now JLL.
Beth has served in numerous executive positions on the Boards of the Houston/Gulf Coast Chapter of CCIM, the National Board of the CCIM Institute, CREW, CoreNet Global, and the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce. In 2002, she was the first female to be elected President of the Houston/Gulf Coast Chapter of CCIM. In 2003, she was presented with the Presidents’ Cup Award, the international award for outstanding achievement and leadership by a chapter president. In 2003 and 2004 she was elected Regional Vice President of CCIM’s Region Four over Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma.
Beth has served as a Director of the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce since 2011. She is the Chairman of the Women’s Health Network of the Texas Medical Center; and has been recognized and presented with many awards including the Chamber’s Volunteer of the Year, President’s Key Supporter Award, the first Role Model Award and most recently, the 2018 Committee Chair Award. Beth is a Trustee and Assistant Secretary on the Harris County Hospital District Foundation Board and is Chairman of the Small Grants Committee. She has also served on the boards of the American Heart Association and the War Against Drugs. In addition to being an industry speaker at conferences, she regularly writes healthcare property articles that have been published by GlobeSt.com, Knowledge Leader, the Houston Medical Journal, Texas Real Estate Business, REDNews, Commercial Investment Real Estate magazine for the CCIM Institute, CREW White Papers, the Houston Chronicle, and the RCA Report for the National Association of Realtors.

Bart Morey earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in civil engineering from Rice University in Houston. Since earning his graduate degree in 1980, he has worked as a Project Manager on projects across the United States. Bart is unique in that he has worked for both the contractor and the owner on projects throughout his career, thus, resulting in a perspective and skill set that is unparalleled in the industry. During his tenure as a project manager for several elite general contractor, Bart has been directly responsible for approximately 8.5 million square feet of commercial projects totaling more than half a billion. While working on the owner’s side he has directed some $250 million worth of projects encompassing more than 3.4 million square feet.
Bart’s success is based on result-oriented management and supervision. Understanding the design and construction process from the different parties’ perspectives translates into savings in time and money for the end user. Working with owners and tenants has afforded him a truly unique viewpoint of the essential requirements to the project and the ability to translate that vision into quantitative results.
Bart has learned through his career that adherence to certain fundamentals is the key to guaranteeing a smooth design and construction process and expedited close-out. Managing the preconstruction stage of a project requires a comprehensive understanding of the goals at hand.
Close administration and analysis of the bid process is essential to delivering projects On Schedule, Under Budget, and with No Surprises. Consultants need to commit to a timely delivery schedule and their product must meet clearly defined stages of development. Furthermore, Contractors need to have a clear understanding of what is expected of them. Bart has learned that adherence to these fundamentals is the key to a successful project.

Senior Project Manager | Houston
Shane manages construction assignments with exceptional skills as a project manager and owner’s representative specializing in cost analysis for leasing and or client budget development for ground up projects, move management, tenant build out, scheduling, conflict/problem resolution, and executing admirable construction management tasks. Shane conducts and collaborates work with superintendents and other field personnel by applying knowledge and skills of excellent customer service and timeliness of project deliveries to individual clients and their project teams. Shane monitors and manages operations of all subcontractors to guarantee that quality and schedule requirements are exceeded. Shane assists with managing submittals, pay applications, RFI’s, OSHA regulations, site deliveries, logs, permits, and licensing. Shane also estimates and qualifies all subcontractors, third party vendors, and suppliers used on all projects.

Neil Potter is a Senior Project Manager and member of the Design and Construction Advisory team at Colliers International in Houston, Texas. Potter has a diverse background in construction, starting with carpentry hands on to ownership of general contracting companies. For the past 20 years, Potter has been in the construction industry and is able to use the knowledge that he has gained to help owners successfully navigate the design and construction process.
Most recently, Potter served as the Vice President of Construction and leader of Arch-Con Corporations Community Division. Potter was responsible for managing multiple project teams, preconstruction services, estimating, scheduling, business development, project management and project closeout. During his time at Arch-Con, he successfully oversaw the contracting and construction of more than 250,000 square feet for non-profits, liturgical, private education and community centers. Constructing various building types, Potter created value for his clients by offering solutions, alternative construction methods and working with architects and engineering teams to reach clients’ budgets and construction goals.
Prior to his role as Vice President, Potter was a partner with Bayou City Construction, a boutique interior construction company. There he was responsible for managing budgets, subcontractors and business development. Other responsibilities included cost estimation, bidding process, sub-contractor management, project scheduling, change management, and the management of various compliance requirements related to permitting, inspections and safety, and managing communications with the architects, engineers and owners.
Potter’s tenacity was shown at early age by one of his most proud achievements, being an Eagle Scout. Neil is a Texas Christian University graduate, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. He and his wife, Macari, are the proud parents of three children Kendall, Mary Langham, and James IV. He resides in the City of Houston, where he is an active member of the community, being a member of multiple non-profit organizations.
