Mr. Peschel is a multi-disciplined commercial real estate advisor with experience in tenant/buyer representation, relocation/expansion, land acquisition/disposition, and economic incentive negotiations. He spends most of his time on industrial and land transactions, but given the Colliers network and resources, he’s involved in a variety of deal types including office and investments. He is surrounded by experts who he partners with depending on the deal. He stays involved in transactions to bring trust to the client.

Giving Back
Barkley loves giving back to the community, so he is involved in multiple organizations. Barkley has a heart for abused and neglected children, so he currently serves on the Board of Directors for Child Advocates of Fort Bend. As an adoptive parent, he has seen firsthand the plight of children living on the streets and in broken homes. He is involved in a number of business-related organizations and he co-founded the Hearts & Hammers program, a non-profit organization that provides free home repairs for elderly and disabled low-income home owners. He also represents a number of non-profits as their commercial real estate advisor.

Bringing 30+ years of experience in commercial real estate, Marilynne joined Colliers in 2018 to provide financial analysis to the company’s leasing and investment sales teams for all types of assets, including the following types of financial analysis:

Prior to joining Colliers, she specialized in advising companies regarding their financial analysis for commercial real estate requirements or investments for 17 years. Marilynne also has a background in commercial mortgage underwriting/loan originations and commercial real estate appraisal.
Sinem joined Colliers in 2022 as a Client Services Specialist supporting advisors specializing in the industrial and land sectors. She brings more than 10 years of commercial real estate experience to the team.
Her area of expertise includes but is not limited to developing and maintaining marketing materials, listing pitches, proposals and agreements, site tour coordination, and online database maintenance.
Prior to arriving at Colliers, Sinem worked as a marketing associate at Lee & Associates.
Sinem graduated from the University of Houston with Bachelor of Art in Communication and Advertising with a minor in Consumer Science.
Patsy joined Colliers in 2023 as the Research Director and has more than 40 years of communications, research and statistical analysis experience in the commercial real estate industry. She produces annual and quarterly market-area reports and project-specific custom reports for client presentations while effectively utilizing commercial real estate tools and databases.
Patsy has a deep understanding of how to capture real estate data, analyze market trends and provide meaningful data-driven insights to assist clients in finding solutions to meet their real estate needs.
Previous Roles
- Senior Insight Analyst/Research Manager for Avison Young’s Houston office from 2018-2022. Responsible for leading market research by tracking and analyzing key economic and market trends. Maintained office and industrial building data and comps in a proprietary in-house database.
- Senior Market Analyst for Commercial Gateway, the commercial division of the Houston Association of Realtors, and for CDS Market Research.
- Served as Communications/Research Director for The Horne Company and Grubb & Ellis.
- Edited a local monthly magazine, a weekly newspaper and a special section for the Houston Post.
