Brad Bohlman advises clients in the purchase, sale and leasing of industrial and office properties. Since joining Colliers International (formerly NAI Welsh) in 1986, Brad has completed over 800 transactions with an aggregate lease/sale consideration in excess of $900 million and he consistently ranks among the top performers in our Brokerage Services division.
Brad uses his experience and extensive market knowledge to provide strategic real estate solutions to warehouse/distribution and office clients, including corporate relocation, tenant representation, built to suit alternatives, acquisition, disposition, and leasing services.
Brad represented O’Reilly Automotive in the purchase of a 302,000 square foot industrial building in Minneapolis. O’Reilly, headquartered in Springfield, Missouri, is utilizing the property as their Midwest distribution center. Brad also represented Kin Properties in the leasing of a 225,000 square foot industrial property to Dow Chemical, and Cokem International in their leasing of 160,000 square feet in Shakopee, Minnesota.\
Additionally, Brad worked on behalf of Minnesota Diversified Industries (MDI) in the sale of a 313,000 square foot industrial building. Nationally, Brad has worked together with ETS Direct (Deluxe Film Services), a national distributor of first-run films, to help build their national distribution network.
Working with the international affiliate network, Brad helped establish distribution centers in Chicago, New Jersey, New York, Seattle and a number of other major cities.
