Prior to entering the Bay Area market, Chad was based in Northern Virgina/Washington DC in the role of Executive Vice President of Northern Virginia Brokerage for Colliers International. This role saw Chad specializing in tenant representation in the Northern Virginia and Washington, DC, area. With a career spanning more than 16 years within the commercial real estate industry, Chad has represented the interests of many of the most dynamic and fastest growing companies both locally and nationally.
