Professional Summary

Chad joined the capital markets team of Colliers International’s Philadelphia office in 2016. He is responsible for securing commercial debt and equity financing for an array of investment property types including multifamily, retail, office, industrial, senior’s housing, and hospitality. He is well connected with national, regional and local funding sources including, but not limited to: Commercial Banks, Agencies (E.g. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), CMBS lenders, Life Insurance companies, REITs, private and public funds and hard money lenders.

Chad has more than 13 years of commercial real estate and finance experience. He has closed more than $300 million in transactions.  

Prior to joining Colliers, Chad served in a similar role as a Director with Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. During his career, he has also served as Director at The Llenrock Group, Commercial Loan Officer at The Bancorp Bank, and a mezzanine lender with RAIT Financial Trust. 

Prior to embarking on a career in real estate finance, Chad played four seasons in the National Football League. A fourth round draft pick in 1997, he appeared on rosters with the Oakland Raiders, St. Louis Rams (Super Bowl XXXXIV Champions), and Chicago Bears. In college, Mr. Levitt was a team captain, All American, and 1996 Ivy League player of the year.
