Brad Grow specializes in office services focusing primarily on Tenant Representation. He brings over 19 years of local and regional transaction experience. In addition to numerous institutional and regional developer clients, Brad specializes in the representation of professional services firms and law firms in the Charlotte market.
Brad has a broad background with assisting CPA firms such as Reznick Group, McGladrey & Pullen, BDO Seidman and Boatsman & Gilmore. As well as corporate & law firm clients such as AIG, Lockton Corp, Berkeley Companies, Dentons Law, Alston & Bird, Gallivan, White & Boyd, and others.
Prior to joining Colliers, Brad served as a Special Agent with the United States Secret Service working both protection and investigative assignments involving money laundering, counterfeit currency, credit card fraud and mortgage fraud.
I'm an expert in helping office users find the best solution for their office space needs - this has been the focus for over 22 years both in Charlotte and across the United States.

Dylan is a Vice President with Colliers International, Charlotte. His primary focus is office/urban infill investment sales and tenant representation, specializing in making informed real estate decisions for his clients by integrating financial data into executable longer term strategies.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Dylan was a Professional Race Car Driver in the NASCAR Xfinity Series with Chip Ganassi Racing. Originally from Las Vegas, NV, Mr. Kwasniewski has been racing since the age of four and in 2012 became the youngest driver to win the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West Championship. Over the course of his professional racing career, Dylan has raised over $7 million in sponsorship funding to effectively drive partnership revenue through his motorsports platform.
From the race track to assisting clients with their real estate needs, Dylan uses his market knowledge and ability to manage client expectations to help solve complex transactions and developing strategies to further his client’s business growth.

Prior to joining Colliers, Parker spent two and half years with Costar as a Research Associate. During his tenure he developed extensive experience in data collection, management, market report creation, client portfolios as well as trend analysis. Parker’s role with Colliers will be to work closely with Marketing and Research to manage Colliers market data and trends as well as elevate our local research platform by helping find and facilitate opportunities for our brokerage team.
