Chris Connell is currently a Senior Vice President in the Investments and Leasing Division of Colliers International, which consistently ranks at the top of all commercial real estate firms in Nevada. He has been with Colliers International since 2011. Chris’s primary discipline is the sale and leasing of office and retail product types for both Landlord and Tenant alike.
Accomplishments
Since joining Colliers International in 2011, he has been responsible for relocating more than 250 firms and has successfully closed over 500 transactions, totaling roughly 1 mm square feet of space and in excess of $50 million in sales.
With more than 30 years in the Southern Nevada area, Chris has developed an impressive list of clients and forged many strong relationships, which he is now able to leverage in his real estate endeavors. Networking is vital for success in the real estate industry and is an area of expertise for Chris. He utilizes his skills every day to ensure that client needs are met and that everyone involved in his transactions are satisfied with the end result.
Education
Previous to his time with Colliers International, Chris spent seven years at the Sperry Van Ness-Las Vegas commercial real estate offices where he served as Director of Leasing Services. In this role, Chris was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the leasing department, and was responsible for all key accounts with a turn-key approach to the leasing process. His methods in real estate and leadership brought success to the office and himself, where he was consistently ranked among the top brokers in the office during his tenure.
Prior to beginning his real estate career, Chris’s professional background included six years with a prominent marketing and advertising firm, Hall Communications, as VP of Production Management and fifteen years of experience in the hospitality field as the principal & owner of a successful destination management services agency. Chris arrived in Las Vegas in the fall of 1990, after earning his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from St. Joseph’s College.

Grant Traub is a Senior Vice President in Investment Sales at Colliers International Las Vegas. He has been with Colliers since 1998.
Grant specializes in grocery-anchored retail centers as well as office, industrial, and car dealership properties. Recent clients include RW Partners, Del Mar Properties, American Nevada, RETKO Holdings, and Kraemer Land Holdings. During recession, lender clients include Clark County Credit Union, Bank of America, the FDIC, First Security Bank of Nevada and City National Bank.
In addition to his core business of listing anchored and unanchored strip centers, Grant has created a niche in the sale and purchase of vacant Automobile Dealerships and has transacted 50% of the brokered dealerships in the Las Vegas area over the last 10 years. Recent clients include DriveTime, Findlay Automotive, Bank of America, Kerry D. Vinci, Lowbook Auto Sales and other local auto dealers.
Grant is team members with Chris Connell and Kimberlee Hamilton, all of whom are 10-20+ year veterans in the industry.. The team is highly capable in office and retail lease-to-sell assignments and has achieved several of the markets highest comparables.
From 2004 until the sale of the company in 2017, Grant served on the Board of Directors for Colliers Parrish, a collection of 9 Colliers offices in the Western United States, and was the Chairman of the Colliers Parrish Finance Committee.
Kimberlee joined Colliers in 2007 after 12 years at LaSalle National Bank in Chicago, IL. She has 10+ years in the commercial real estate industry, with a concentration on deal administration, marketing product, and client communication.
As the Marketing Specialist for the Investment Sales and Aquisitions Division in Las Vegas, she is responsible for all team management functions such as lease and sale coordination, managing property listings, web and print marketing, and client communication and relations. Kimberlee’s attention to detail and marketing techniques ensure the team provides maximum exposure for their clients’ properties and enables the team to focus on their client’s direct needs.
