Director of Marketing | Retail Division
As a Marketing Director, I support the retail commercial real estate brokers in their day-to-day brokerage business including; proposals, contracts, lease administration, research, document creation, analytical research, marketing, and correspondence. I serve as the key liaison for the brokers and the online database companies that market properties.
I provide my team with up to the minute information on changes in the market so that they are fully informed on strategies for their clients. I provide detailed demographic information and analysis as well as extensive aerial imagery in order to stay current in the ever-changing real estate environment.
After over a decade of working in the administrative industry, I am still learning new methods to improve processes and find unique and inventive ways to acquire information, streamline processes and help my team continue to be the front runners in the retail real estate industry.
