Prior to joining Colliers, James served as Chief Operating Officer of Green Energy Masters, overseeing Sales and Business Operations, as well as Food and Beverage Manager at Addison Reserve Country Club.
With a business background and vast experience in business management, James understands the practicality of making a business profitable and has a great appreciation for the minute details. With over three decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry, I am proud to partner with global and national corporations on their occupier needs, focusing primarily on Corporate Solutions and Tenant Representation. My proven experience, coupled with my trademark problem-solving, ensures that I am bringing forth creative solutions to address my clients’ business objectives.
I have completed more than six million square feet of leases, valued in excess of $750 million along with sales valued at over $115 million throughout my career. My reputation of professionalism, diligence and attention to detail that enables me to deliver a superior level of service and expertise to clients is also one of the factors supporting my long-term relationship with many clients.
My experience is drawn from years spent with several other well-known commercial real estate brokerage firms. Before joining Colliers, I most recently served as the Managing Principal and Executive Vice President of DTZ where I established the South Florida brokerage operations. Prior to that I was a Principal and Executive Vice President at NAI/Merin Hunter Codman. While at NAI I also served as the Southeast Chair of the NAI Office Council and was a repeated member of NAI’s Gold Club, which recognizes top producers. In 2008, he was inducted into the NAI Hall of Fame and won an award that acknowledges individuals who have done the most to foster the growth of business between NAI firms.
Bob serves on the executive cabinet of the American Heart Association where he captains a team in the Palm Beach Heart Walk.
As a Senior Client Services Coordinator at Colliers International, I focus on production of high quality marketing for brokerage services and property listings. My responsibilities include development of marketing brochures, customized maps, tour books and websites. With a strong business communications background, my strengths include property research, marketing, event planning and social media management.
Prior to joining Colliers, I served as a Client Services Coordinator at CBRE in Boca Raton, FL and San Antonio, TX for over six years. During my time with CBRE South Florida, I was selected as a co-delegate for the Women's Network in Palm Beach County. I directed marketing efforts for the local area, co-developed events, as well as assisted in polling membership interests and activities.
Collectively, my work experience in commercial real estate spans more than eight years. I recently obtained my Certification in Commercial Property Research through Colliers University and have joined the Corporate Solutions, Tenant Representation team, led by Bob Schneiderman, in Boca Raton, Florida.
