Mr. Williams joined the firm in 2010, following twenty-five years of commercial real estate experience. He specializes in tenant and landlord representation for both the acquisition and disposition of commercial space, primarily in Westchester and Fairfield County.
Mr. Williams has extensive experience with numerous financial, legal and non-profit clients. Williams has represented Wachovia Bank, Spruce Private Investors, CapStar Broadcasting Partners, and many law firms including the former firm of Tyler, Cooper & Alcorn; Shipman & Goodwin; Martin Choiffi; Ryan Ryan Deluca; Outten & Golden, and Lustwig & Brown. Williams also represented Visiting Nurse and Hospice Care of Southwestern Connecticut, a non-profit organization, in the relocation of their corporate headquarters.
BUSINESS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Williams worked at national firms Cushman & Wakefield and the Galbreath Company (now Jones Lang LaSalle), and most recently the private firm of Choyce Peterson, Inc.
Mr. Williams attended Syracuse University where he majored in Economics with a concentration in Finance.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Mr. Williams is a long-time resident of Darien, CT where he lives with his wife and two children. There, he serves as Vice Chairman of the Town’s Zoning Board of Appeals. In addition, Mr. Williams was President of Darien Revitalization, Inc. During his time on the board and as President, the town of Darien had numerous redevelopments and a number of national retailers incorporate.
An avid golfer, Williams is a member of Woodway Country Club in Darien, CT and Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, Florida.
Accomplishments
In addition to making various philanthropic donations, both personally and on behalf of Colliers International, Mr. Williams has put together an office of talented people who not only know how to make lease and sale transactions happen, but who get along with each other as they work toward success.

Mr. Pugh joined the firm in 2013 and is a Financial Analyst in Brokerage in the Stamford, Connecticut office of Colliers International. He focuses on Tenant Representation and specializes in financial analysis and financial modeling.
BUSINESS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Prior to joining Colliers International, Mr. Pugh interned at Spencer Trask Ventures, a venture capital and private equity firm located in Greenwich, CT. Preceding his internship with Spencer Trask, Hollis interned for Massey Knakal Realty Services located in New York City.
Mr. Pugh holds a BS degree in Business Management with a concentration in Finance and holds a real estate license in the State of Connecticut and State of New York.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Hollis volunteers at the Stamford YMCA and is active in recreational team sports such as football and lacrosse.
