Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Kelly joined Colliers in 2017 and prior to that was President of Commercial Houston Corporation, a Houston based brokerage she established in 1997 after returning to Houston from Southwest Florida where she worked in retail shopping center development and leasing in Naples and Fort Myers, Florida for Houston-based Heritage Development. Her real estate career began after college working as project coordinator for Houston office and retail center developers learning the business from the ground up.
With a 30-year, multi-disciplined background in commercial real estate, her background provides a diverse skill set that lays the foundation for effectiveness in assisting clients achieve their goals. She offers a wealth of transaction experience that includes a history of site selection and acquisition, land sales, investment property sales, tenant representation and leasing.

Lisa joined Colliers in 2010 as Director of Market Research bringing 26 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm. Lisa initiates proactive market research projects to further the business goals of the company. She writes and prepares 29 market reports annually which include quarterly reports on Houston’s retail, office, industrial and healthcare properties. Further, she prepares statistical ownership reports for various clients as well as an annual Houston Economic Overview. Lisa also creates PowerPoint market presentations, trade journal articles, and other marketing materials in support of the company's business endeavors. She works with senior management in planning the company's marketing strategy and public relations support for local and national conferences, luncheon meetings, recruitment programs, and special events. Lisa works closely with the company's brokers to develop effective custom market research material specific to both existing and potential clients.
Lisa serves on the Colliers International Editorial Board, the Colliers International U.S. Research Council, is a Colliers Center of Excellence team member and is a recipient of the Colliers International Researcher of the Year Award.
Lisa earned the Commercial Property Research Certification (CPRC) from Colliers University. CPRC is the first and only accreditation for commercial real estate research professionals. It offers a professional development path to increase strategic and tactical expertise in marketing/research, knowledge of the industry and capabilities with commercial real estate tools.

Bringing 31 years of experience in commercial real estate, Marilynne joined Colliers in 2018 to provide financial analysis to the company’s leasing and investment sales teams for all types of assets. Prior to joining Colliers, she specialized in advising companies regarding their commercial real estate requirements or investments, including the following types of financial analysis:

Bethany is a commercial real estate professional with legal experience. She translates her creative and innovative ideas across all service lines in this ever-changing industry. Bethany excels at providing excellent customer service to both her internal team and external clients. She delivers high-quality capital markets, tenant and landlord representation, and property marketing reports and presentations. She is highly organized and has a keen eye for details, ensuring a high standard of quality in everything she does.
As the primary project coordinator for the Colliers office in Houston, she supports a team of advisors who specialize in all property types including land, office, retail, industrial, healthcare, and investments. She works on projects from proposal stages to closing and strives to help her team exceed their clients’ needs and expectations.

Before Colliers, Bethany’s background consisted of reporting on commercial properties, property management projects, legal support, and consulting.
Pat is the managing director of brokerage services in Houston for Colliers International. Pat has more than 37 years of experience in commercial real estate as a producing broker, educator, sales manager and managing broker. Pat relocated to Houston from Florida where he served as President of the Colliers offices in Tampa Bay, Orlando and Southwest Florida.
Pat started his career as Director of Marketing for a real estate data base company where he spent three years interviewing top brokerage houses throughout the United States and assisted in their automation needs as a consultant and instructor. As President of the Colliers Houston office, he has direct responsibility for recruiting, training and managing the sales and leasing teams, property management and business plan creation and coordination for the company.
Pat was responsible for building and organizing retail service delivery capabilities for Colliers worldwide as chairman of the Colliers Retail Specialty Group (96-2000, 2002-2013). Pat is also a founding member of the Colliers Oil and Gas practice group. Among his academic accomplishments, Pat wrote the capstone case study for the CCIM program's final course offering from 1986 - 1998. The case study combined the marketing and financial concepts taught by CCIM to allow the students to apply the material to a simulated commercial property disposition.
He has been an instructor for NACORE’s (now CORENET) Intermediate Finance Course and was awarded the Top-Rated Faculty Certificate in 2000. Pat has been quoted in national and regional publications including the Wall Street Journal, Dow Jones, Newsweek, Real Estate Forum, National Real Estate Investor, Globe Street and others. He has been an expert panelist for NAIOP, Real Share, ICSC and many other real estate organizations.
Pat has served as a member (and Chairman) of the Colliers Managers Steering committee, the Board of Directors for Colliers USA and is the past Chairman of the Colliers USA Board of Advisors. In 2003, Pat was awarded Colliers Manager of the Year. In 2004, he was chosen by Colliers International as the Tom Richardson Award recipient, an honor based on strength of character. In 2012, Pat was chosen as the recipient of the Colliers USA Pinnacle Award for service excellence. Pat is the only person in Colliers to win all three of these awards. He served as an instructor for Colliers University 2010-14. In 2017 Pat was recognized as a “Best Boss” by Real Estate Forum magazine.
Todd Moore joined Colliers International | Houston in November 2020 as a Principal where he focuses on investment sales of industrial, office, retail and sale leaseback transactions.
Prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Moore served as Director at Stan Johnson Company (SJC) where he spent nine years representing buyers and sellers of net leased assets throughout the United States. During his time with SJC, he transacted close to half a billion in investment sales and was recognized with the Sales Excellence Award and as a Top 10 Producer. He brings more than 12 years of commercial real estate experience to the Colliers team and has a unique ability to effectively analyze and transact leased investment property.
Mr. Moore’s primary focus is on developers and investor clients in the industrial, office and retail market sectors throughout the United States. His commitment to client services promotes the development of strong relationships with top developers, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT) and private investors across the country.
