Bob is Executive Vice President in the San Francisco office of Colliers International with more than 25 years of commercial real estate transaction experience. He is responsible for managing the institutional investment sales platform in the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento and the Pacific Northwest. The investment sales group specializes in institutional-grade assets concentrating on office, R&D, industrial and Land properties.
Real estate professional with over 17 years of proven success in: tenant represetation leasing, acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate.
He has managed or participated as a team member in the leasing of over 3,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate across all asset classes, including industrial, retail, office, and R/D on a National Basis.
Managed or participated as a team member in the acquisition or dispositions of office, flex, R/D, land and industrial real estate in excess of $250 million on a National basis.
Bart specializes in assisting High Net Worth Offices with their commercial real estate portfolios. In assisting individuals and family offices with the disposition of assets, acquiring investmens on a national basis for both 1031 exchanges and NNN investments.
A Bay Area Native, father and avid outdoorsmen.
Carrie joined Colliers International in the Spring of 2017 to work with the Insitututional Capital Markets Team. Her responsibilities include financial analysis, due diligence, and coordinating marketing and research for the Capital Markets team.
Prior to joining Colliers, Carrie worked as a logistics manager for a local family foundation.

Brad maintains and develops client relationships by presenting acquisition opportunities to buyers and bringing forth numerous capital sources to assets located in the Western United States. Brad's direct transactional involvement offers clients an enhanced level of service and provides them with the information needed to implement and succeed in their acquisition and disposition objectives.
Through his exposure and knowledge of the debt and equity markets, Brad assists clients in taking advantage of current market conditions by providing real-time capital solutions for every transaction. With extensive experience in underwriting, financial auditing, investment valuations, contract and transaction negotiations, and execution, Brad confidently advises his clients through every step of the transaction lifecycle.
Andy has spent his career advising a diverse array of clients within the institutional capital markets landscape, including pension funds, life insurance companies, private equity funds, investment managers, REITs, operating platforms, high net worth entities, and corporate users. His primary expertise lies within the valuation and disposition of institutional quality assets located within the East Bay, San Francisco Peninsula, and Silicon Valley. Andy has successfully advised on over $11.5 billion of transactions chiefly within the industrial, flex, office, and land sectors.
Andrew is a Senior Vice President on the Institutional Capital Markets team based out of the Colliers San Francisco office and has a breadth of real estate transactional experience throughout the Western U.S. for office, industrial and retail projects. Andrew’s experience has focused primarily on investment sales and debt placement for middle market and private capital clients.
Tenacious in driving process improvement initiatives to maximize return on time, Pim is a versatile service leader with verified success in delivering advanced brokerage support across the commercial real estate industry. Leveraging almost 13 years’ experience, Pim is highly experience in sales support, financial analyses, reporting, transaction support, CRM/database management, and all aspects of marketing and content management. Pim collaborates with all levels of internal and external stakeholders to successfully lead complex projects from inception through execution.
