Matt McGrady SIOR, Industrial Advisory, specializes in space and facility acquisition projects, finding optimum and competitive site and space solutions for tenants and buyers. Matt has completed hundreds of projects around the Indianapolis MSA and offers in-depth market intelligence in all relevant aspects of real estate activity and deal terms.
Previously, Matt spent 3 years with Lauth Property Group where he gained valuable experience in real estate construction and development. As Director of National Facilities, under the Office and Industrial umbrella, he was responsible for business development in a third party construction and build-to-suit capacity. This included the marketing and leasing of speculative industrial development around the U.S. and underwriting the investments of office and industrial development projects.
Matt has earned numerous performance awards including: NAIOP Indiana Best Industrial Transaction, Peak Performance – Brokerage for Colliers Indianapolis, and a 3-time recipient of Largest Transaction award for the Colliers Indianapolis office.
In addition to his invaluable experience in construction and development of commercial property, Matt also brings a high level of energy and enthusiasm toward marketing his clients’ projects. He applies a can-do, think-outside-the-box style that yields innovative real estate solutions.

Senior Vice President
Cam Kucic, SIOR has over 11 years experience specializing in Industrial Advisory Services, with heavy emphasis in Tenant Representation projects within an extensive area of central Indiana. His diverse assignments include manufacturing facilities, mixed office and industrial flex properties, build-to-suit projects, and the full range of warehouse and distribution requirements. Cam has also represented clients with out-of-market distribution / logistics ventures and has a solid understanding of multi-faceted elements required. He approaches each assignment with diligence and his bottom-line mindset enables him to optimize the value of his clients’ real estate transactions.
Prior to entering brokerage, Cam interned at Keller Williams Realty. During his in-depth internship, he was exposed to the entire scope of the brokerage experience from client prospecting and property showings to researching the market and assisting in negotiations and closings.
While still in high school, Cam launched Cam’s Lawn Service and maintained a profitable operation for 7 years before deciding to pursue a career in real estate. As owner of his own company, he was responsible for company finances, marketing, employee supervision and coordination of contractors and subcontractors. He acquired invaluable experience in resolving problems and growing a strong client base. Cam now applies his entrepreneurial determination and leadership experience toward his real estate projects.
Korey Ryan is a broker within the Industrial Advisory Group of Colliers International in Indianapolis and works alongside two seasoned industrial professionals, Cam Kucic and Matt McGrady. Together they provide clients with highly detailed and responsive service as well as in-depth market knowledge. Both private and publicly traded corporations rely on Korey to help them in the disposition, acquisition, leasing, and development of industrial real estate.
Prior to joining Colliers and launching his brokerage career, Korey interned for a global commercial real estate firm, where he assisted the top producing office brokerage team consisting of a Managing Director and Vice President that specialize in tenant representation.
He is a graduate of Roosevelt University (Chicago), where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Economics. He was a member of the Men’s Basketball team and served as Team Captain his senior year.
He has a a very active lifestyle – he enjoys traveling, working out, boating, and playing just about any sport you can think of.
