Moving into this position has allowed Molly to expand her abilities within market research and the company processes. Crissy Nolen

Crissy develops and expands Colliers International's Houston and Austin platforms via a multitude of marketing channels including colliers.com, social media, graphic design, business proposals, and events. She is responsible for marketing business plans, systems, onboarding, and professional communications including budget, proposals, responses to RFPs, public relations, advertising, and property listings.
Crissy designs and conducts in-house training programs to elevate staff knowledge and to enhance new business skills. She organizes and executes company events and recognition programs to support and promote a positive work culture.
In 2013, Crissy was honored to receive the Colliers International Marketer of the Year award. In 2015, the Houston office took home the Best Market Intelligence Initiative and in 2018, Crissy was recognized with an influencer award for Driving Business Efficiencies & Effectiveness.
Crissy earned the Commercial Property Marketing Certification (CPMC) from Colliers University. CPMC is the first and only accreditation for commercial real estate marketing professionals. Lisa joined Colliers in 2010 as Director of Market Research bringing 26 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm. Lisa initiates proactive market research projects to further the business goals of the company. She writes and prepares 29 market reports annually which include quarterly reports on Houston’s retail, office, industrial and healthcare properties. Further, she prepares statistical ownership reports for various clients as well as an annual Houston Economic Overview. Lisa also creates PowerPoint market presentations, trade journal articles, and other marketing materials in support of the company's business endeavors. She works with senior management in planning the company's marketing strategy and public relations support for local and national conferences, luncheon meetings, recruitment programs, and special events. Lisa works closely with the company's brokers to develop effective custom market research material specific to both existing and potential clients.
Lisa serves on the Colliers International Editorial Board, the Colliers International U.S. Research Council, is a Colliers Center of Excellence team member and is a recipient of the Colliers International Researcher of the Year Award.

Beth Staggs has worked extensively in Commerical Real Estate Research and Market Analytics in Houston since 2001. Beth assists in the preparation of in-house office, retail, industrial, investment, healthcare and economic market reports and presentations. Beth also works closely with the marketing department in maintaining databases and custom market research material.

Pat is the managing director of brokerage services in Houston for Colliers International. Pat has more than 37 years of experience in commercial real estate as a producing broker, educator, sales manager and managing broker. Pat relocated to Houston from Florida where he served as President of the Colliers offices in Tampa Bay, Orlando and Southwest Florida.
Pat started his career as Director of Marketing for a real estate data base company where he spent three years interviewing top brokerage houses throughout the United States and assisted in their automation needs as a consultant and instructor. As President of the Colliers Houston office, he has direct responsibility for recruiting, training and managing the sales and leasing teams, property management and business plan creation and coordination for the company.
Pat was responsible for building and organizing retail service delivery capabilities for Colliers worldwide as chairman of the Colliers Retail Specialty Group (96-2000, 2002-2013). Pat is also a founding member of the Colliers Oil and Gas practice group. Among his academic accomplishments, Pat wrote the capstone case study for the CCIM program's final course offering from 1986 - 1998. The case study combined the marketing and financial concepts taught by CCIM to allow the students to apply the material to a simulated commercial property disposition.
He has been an instructor for NACORE’s (now CORENET) Intermediate Finance Course and was awarded the Top-Rated Faculty Certificate in 2000. Pat has been quoted in national and regional publications including the Wall Street Journal, Dow Jones, Newsweek, Real Estate Forum, National Real Estate Investor, Globe Street and others. He has been an expert panelist for NAIOP, Real Share, ICSC and many other real estate organizations.
Pat has served as a member (and Chairman) of the Colliers Managers Steering committee, the Board of Directors for Colliers USA and is the past Chairman of the Colliers USA Board of Advisors. In 2003, Pat was awarded Colliers Manager of the Year. In 2004, he was chosen by Colliers International as the Tom Richardson Award recipient, an honor based on strength of character. In 2012, Pat was chosen as the recipient of the Colliers USA Pinnacle Award for service excellence. Pat is the only person in Colliers to win all three of these awards. He served as an instructor for Colliers University 2010-14. In 2017 Pat was recognized as a “Best Boss” by Real Estate Forum magazine.
Caroline Freeman

Caroline has been actively involved in the operations of Colliers International for over twenty years. Originally hired by the company as a bookkeeper on a contract basis, she now serves as chief operating officer. Caroline also serves as Colliers Administrator and MCA Coordinator. Prior to joining Colliers, Caroline was employed by an independent investor, her duties focusing on accounting and taxes. In addition, she worked as a special project technical assistant with Aramco Services Company, the American subsidiary of the Saudi national oil company.
Aimee joined the Colliers International Houston office in August 2019 as an Administrative Coordinator. Aimee enjoys providing a pleasurable first impression and strives to give exemplary customer service to each and every client that walks through the doors. In addition to providing assistance to several departments, Aimee performs various tasks such as auditing and maintaining advisor profiles, social media sharing, auditing and maintaining master broker list, and maintaining Adobe Stock Images.

Haley started with Colliers International as an intern for the Marketing and Research Department in 2019. She joined the Houston office in 2020 as an Administrative Coordinator / GIS Analyst. She provides administrative assistance to brokerage departments and maintains office organization.
Haley also helps with Colliers’ marketing and research initiatives through cartographic design. She utilizes mapping technology including Esri platforms and performs GIS data management. Haley prepares and maintains standardized maps, interactive story maps, and conducts demographic research and market research.
