As a Vice President with the Colliers International | Minneapolis-St. Paul, I provide exceptional brokerage services throughout the entire Twin Cities metro area, specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial properties and land in the western suburbs. I represent a variety of institutional and entrepreneurial clients with a current portfolio that includes approximately 2.0 million square feet of commercial space.
To date, I have completed 650 transactions resulting in nearly 7,000,000 square feet and 50 acres leased or sold, totaling over $200 million in consideration. I began my career with Colliers in 2004 and throughout the last 15 years have provided clients with a highly customized view of the real estate market in order to help them make more informed decisions.
My understanding of the complexities within the lease and sale process helps me efficiently guide my clients with an advisory role from the beginning of the transaction to the very end. I am highly motivated and bring a disciplined and strong work ethic to my business. I take pride in my efforts to always find the best possible outcomes for my clients based on their specific needs. These skills assure my clients I will provide them with the best options to reach their real estate goals.
I genuinely enjoy the real estate profession and its ever changing landscape. Currently I serve on the City of Chaska Planning Commission for a 3-year appointed term and serve on my local Home Owners Association. Outside of brokerage, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two young sons.
