As a Brokerage Associate with Colliers International | South Carolina and a member of the land and commercial brokerage team, my primary focus is on the sale of large land tracts for development, recreational use and timber production. I work with various groups of clients, from investors to tract builders and farmers and hunters.
I pride myself on being someone who, once committed, sees tasks through to the end. Land sales can be notoriously complicated, with many ups and downs, yet my clients know that I will advance their interests at every turn. It is this reliability that makes me indispensable to both investors and users.
I have a deep passion for the outdoors, and I pursued this passion at Clemson University, where I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management, with a minor in Forest Resource Management. After graduation, I pursued several ventures, including the acquisition and management of rental properties in Columbia. A key part of this venture was the need to evaluate properties from an investment perspective. My interest in commercial real estate comes from the combination of my passion for the outdoors, my collegiate studies and my keen eye for real estate investments.
