As a Senior Vice President at Colliers International | Minneapolis-St. Paul, I represent local and national landlords, tenants, developers, brokers and investors in retail leasing, land sales and development, and investment sales.  Over years of hard work, advancing my education, and developing great working relationship and friendships, I have found a unique niche to be able to provide clients valuable information and expert services in multiple disciplines including a primary focus on retail tenant representation, retail investment sales, and land sales and development.  The synergy between these disciplines has allowed me to utilize the knowledge of retail properties, tenant activity, cap rates, active investors, on and off market properties and vacancies, as well as new development activity, to more effectively assist my clinics in achieving success.

I have been a broker with Colliers for over a decade now. Throughout my career, I have enjoyed defining my success by the level of satisfaction achieved for the clients I serve. This definition of success drives my focus and commitment to those I work for and with.

Commercial real estate is always changing; no two transactions are the same. Clients count on me to be professional, committed, resourceful and responsive in order to adapt to each new opportunity. Each client has different priorities and focuses but all are equally important and exciting to work with. Change and variety are what make this career interesting and fun. As a broker, I truly enjoy seeing a finished project and a satisfied client.  Outside of my brokerage responsibilities, I love to spend time with my wife and three young children. 

Accomplishments

I have been named one of the top land sales producers at Colliers International for the past eleven years and have served as a panelist of the Minnesota Real Estate Journal's Annual Land Conference in 2009 and 2010.
