Thomas was brought on to the Colliers Austin office in October of 2014 to work on Marketing Research and create the internal database. After six months, he transitioned onto the Tenant Representation team where he developed new and managed existing business, primarily advising tech companies through growth stages. In 2018, he started working on site selection with investors and owner-users in the Austin area. In 2019, he focused on uncovering off-market opportunites for investors and developers, while still working with tech and professional services firms to relocate or expand their existing office footprints.

I bring more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate including landlord representation, tenant representation, investment sales, financial analysis, acquisitions, development and operations. I started my brokerage career in Dallas, Texas then moved to Austin in 2000, working for Trammell Crow Company, Aspen Properties and The Kucera Companies. I joined Colliers International as Executive Vice President in March 2015. In addition to a focus on office landlord representation, I have deep experience in investment sales, with a track record of closing multiple transactions per year. In 2016, 2018 and 2019, I was a Colliers' Everest Award recipient. This award is given to the top 10% of all Colliers professionals in brokerage, valuation and corporate solutions across the U.S. business based on revenue production.

Doug has a deep understanding and unmatched market knowledge of the entire Austin commercial real estate landscape with a primary focus in office tenant representation. Since 2006, he has built a substantial client base through hard work, client retention, partner referrals and long-term relationships. Never deviating from his original business plan based on strategic consulting for early-stage companies and maintaining long-term partnerships.
All of his entrepreneurial clients played a significant role in his decision to become one himself by bringing Colliers International back to Austin in 2014 as an affiliate office. The office grew from three guys in an executive suite to an owned office in 2020. They are a creative and entreprenurial office.

David Bremer has focused on tenant representation since 2000, completing over 350 transactions and establishing himself as one of the most knowledgeable and experienced brokers in the Austin market. David is recognized by past clients and landlords as one of the most service focused brokers in the industry and he takes great pride in the number of clients he now considers friends. His experience includes complex and high-value office leases, expansions and contractions, subleases, purchases and everything in between. He’s even been known to help a client move a desk when necessary.

Prior to joining Colliers, David co-owned and operated a successful boutique tenant representation firm in Austin. David graduated from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas with a degree in finance and is happily married with two young children.
David is active in the community, acting as the charity chair for the Austin Commercial Brokers Association. He represents a handful of local charities pro-bono and donates his time whenever possible. David is also learning patience by coaching his kids’ sports teams.
Zach Ellis specializes in providing all facets of tenant representation services for corporate office users and has solely done so since beginning his commercial real estate career in 2007. Prior to joining Colliers in 2014 as Vice President, Zach established a strong reputation for success by representing his client’s best interests for seven years at a local brokerage firm. Zach’s narrow focus and longevity have enabled him to become a true expert in his field.
With more than 250 transactions under his belt in excess of $35 million, Zach has the experience and proven track record of an industry veteran. His hard work ethic, in-depth market knowledge, and keen problem solving and negotiating skills make him a trusted strategic partner for many of the exciting companies residing in Austin, TX and beyond. Zach is a member of the Global Life Sciences Practice Group within Colliers which specializes in innovative real estate solutions for the fields of Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, MedTech, and Medical Device companies.
Ally joined Colliers after working in technology sales. She is now pursuing her passion in Commercial Real Estate. As a Brokerage Assistant, Ally works alongside the tenant representation team, assisting the senior brokers and driving business development efforts.
