Tom Dechenne has more than 30 years in the commercial and industrial real estate business and has been involved in brokerage, real estate finance and development. Accomplishments

Prior to joining Colliers International, Tom was a broker at NAI Norris, Beggs and Simpson. He has also worked at CENEX, a regional farm supply cooperative. His responsibilities included the analysis and overseeing primary lending of approximately 125 agriculture cooperatives. Tom was a member of the public relations and cooperative training staff as well as a local cooperative manager.
