As a Client Services Specialist, Sydney’s role on the Speckman-Wilson Team is quite diverse — to ensure smooth, seamless, and highly responsive activity for their clients. To support their high-volume deal flow — Sydney creates, monitors and processes marketing activity. Additionally, she fields sign calls, conducts property showings and drives initial proposals. When not showing properties or interacting with clients, her role includes drafting marketing content and overseeing the team’s expanding property and prospect database.
The Speckman-Wilson Team is a high producing team in the market and has earned Colliers Indianapolis “Most Transactions” Award for 8 of the last 9 years. Since joining the team in 2016, Sydney has been involved in the transactional process of 500+ deals — over $275 million total gross deal value —and the marketing of 60+ listings.
Her personal strengths include delivering creative solutions and being intuitive and responsive to stakeholders’ needs. Clients value her reliability and the flexibility her role provides – giving the guarantee that any property and/or transaction request is acted on within 24 hours.
Prior to joining Colliers, Sydney was a Project Coordinator at Tangram, a non-profit for adults with disabilities. Prior to that, she enjoyed invaluable internships with Special Olympics and Riley Children’s Foundation.
In her free time, she loves to read, cook, exercise, cheer on the Butler Bulldogs, plus take pottery classes at the Indianapolis Art Center.
