Bill came to Colliers with a strong background in sales and has over fifteen years experience in commercial real estate in Northeast Ohio. He specializes in office leasing and tenant representation throughout the Cleveland market. Bill provides tremendous value to his clients by combining a methodical approach with strong communication skills, relentless effort, and thorough knowledge. His excellent negotiating skills and analytical ability enable him to successfully complete his assignments. Bill is part of the Office Services Group at Colliers International and is dedicated to developing new business opportunities for the company.

Russell Rogers serves as Senior Vice President and Principal for Colliers International in Cleveland.  Russell joined Colliers in 1993 and has over 28 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.  Mr. Rogers is active in both office lease and sale transactions, and has completed a variety of real estate assignments including lease/sale real estate searches for numerous companies. He represents corporate offices, law firms, insurance agencies, general sales offices and medical organizations.

As First Vice President in the Cleveland Industrial Services Group, Tim provides real estate solutions to property and business owners throughout Northeast Ohio.  He takes a 'hands on' approach with clients to create and implement specific strategy based on market knowledge and 16+ years of experience in sales and leasing of commercial property. 

With over 24 years of real estate experience, property owners/investors can rely on me for honest and expert advice when marketing and selling their real estate assets. Through hard work, my goal is to provide clients with the thorough market knowledge needed to help make highly informed investment decisions.    

Teaming with partners in Colliers National Self Storage Group and Colliers National Multifamily Advisory Group, my primary focus is helping clients with the acquisition or disposition of self storage facilities and multifamily properties.  However, given my extensive valuation experience across most real estate classes (office, retail, industrial, special purpose, etc.), I have the expertise to market and sell these property types as well.

In 1992, I started my career working on the valuation side of the business completing real estate valuation and consulting services on properties throughout Northeast Ohio for Davis, Ferguson & Associates (a family owned commercial and industrial real estate valuation business started in 1981).  I was owner and President of Davis, Ferguson & Associates from 2007-2017 before joining Colliers Capital Markets Group. 

Overall, my unique background and in-depth analytic skills have served me well within the industry enabling me to accurately measure how assets are viewed by today’s investment market.                   

With over 22 years in real estate, I’ve seen and solved most of the problems that arise in marketing and selling commercial properties.   When I started my career, the industry experts said I would need to complete 100 deals to experience all the various types of deals.  I’ve successfully completed over 500 commercial transactions.

Owners and clients of self storage properties are the most important people in my practice.  To them it's critical they bond with a trustworthy, competent partner.  Afterall they are placing their life long work in the hands of a real estate expert  to market and sell  their asset ensuring  their financial objectives are met. 

Undoubtedly in self storage, the client’s business is normally very successful.   Its a  matter of understanding how they  built and maintain their revenue and then use my skills to market their benchmark successes attracting the highest paying investor the market will offer.

Hearing an owner say “yes Tom I want you to sell my property’” is always welcomed news in my daily work, but delivering the right process bringing the transaction to a successful close and pleasing the client is the most rewarding experience in my profession.
