Katie Hurtuk Watts specializes in Brokerage Services, assisting local and global businesses with their real estate needs. Her responsibilities include lease negotiation, complex financial analysis, leveraging market opportunities, and new business development. I came to Colliers in 2017 after spending a decade in the marketing and advertising world. An extensive background in corporate branding, project management and product development helps me leverage key professional and personal relationships across multiple industries to maximize his client’s returns on real estate investments. Chris Seelig is a Senior Vice President and Principal with Colliers International, a global real estate organization with more than 450 offices worldwide. 

Mr. Seelig, who joined Colliers International in 2013, oversees the Retail Services Group at the Cleveland office. Specializing in retail tenant representation, landlord representation and restaurant leasing throughout Ohio, Chris has personally participated in and managed over 675 sale and lease transactions, with an aggregate value in excess of $375 million. With more than 20 years of experience representing both landlords and tenants, Chris has handled assignments throughout Ohio and the Midwest. His experience includes investment sales, land assemblage, corporate dispositions, REO properties, zoning and development. 

 

Lauren has 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with time spent in property management, real estate development,  and landlord and tenant representation. 

Specializing in landlord and representation, Lauren works with many valued clients including Bedrock Detroit, Madison Marquette, LNR, Cofinance Group, Weston, and others to stabilize their assets throughout Northeast Ohio. 

In her time at Colliers, Lauren has been actively involved in over 235  transactions totaling over 705,800 SF. 

Brian A. Hurtuk, a 35 year veteran of commercial real estate, serves as Managing Director | Principal for Colliers International in Cleveland-Akron. In his role, Mr. Hurtuk provides the guidance and leadership necessary to elevate the Colliers International brand to a wide variety of clients. Mr. Hurtuk's prime focus is on recruting and business development as Market Leader for the Cleveland-Akron office originally launched in July 2012 which now boasts 45-professionals working throughout northeast Ohio.
