Colliers South Carolina announces 2020 Rising Star Award recipients

Greenville, SC – Colliers | South Carolina is pleased to announce its 2020 Rising Star Awards which were presented at the company’s annual Awards Celebration held virtually on January 26, 2021.

The Rising Star Award recognizes staff members who have less than three years’ tenure at Colliers, perform in an exemplary manner, demonstrate a desire to attain or are pursuing a professional designation, are active in industry groups and/or civic groups in the community and live the Colliers core values of service, expertise, community, fun, integrity and collaboration.

The Colliers staff members recognized as 2020 Rising Stars are, in alphabetical order:

As a Project Manager for LCK, I am responsible for a variety of projects, ranging from new construction to renovations and leasehold improvements. I bring a keen attention to detail and extensive knowledge of the construction process, which allows me to effectively communicate with my clients, constantly keeping them in the loop throughout the process. I have proven successes in project management, including ground up construction, renovations, additions, K-12 schools, mixed-use buildings and water treatment plants. This variety of experiences has given me the skills and knowledge beneficial to LCK’s wide range of clients.

As a Brokerage Associate, my expertise is in representing landlords and tenants in the sale, leasing and disposition of industrial and office properties. My role is to understand your commercial real estate needs and, using my expertise in the local market conditions and trends, recommend creative solutions, whether that is effective and efficient space planning for a tenant’s new space or maximizing a property’s lease rate or sales price for ownership.

I’m fascinated with supply chain and have developed strong relationships at the SC Ports Authority and with local industry leaders. I have leveraged my knowledge of how supply chain and industry work to serve my clients. I believe in constant communication and follow-up and am committed to educating my clients to better understand the bigger picture and make smart real estate decisions that benefit you both today and down the road.
