Purchase will become new location for the restaurant’s northwest location in Gainesville
Gainesville, Fla. – December 11, 2020 – Colliers International’s GNV Commercial Advisory Team has successfully represented the Ownership of 43rd Street Deli & Breakfast House (the buyer), in the purchase of a 4,500 square foot stand-alone building located at 4410 NW 25th Place in Gainesville, Florida. The transaction closed on December 11, 2020.
43rd Street Deli will be moving across the street after 38 years in the Le Pavillon Shopping and Dining Center. The new location formerly housed Francesca’s Trattoria, a popular Italian restaurant that closed during the pandemic. 43rd Street Deli is a family-owned business that has won awards and accolades for ‘Best Deli’ and ‘Best Breakfast House’ in Gainesville. They plan to open in their new location by the beginning of Q2 2021.
