Colliers International is pleased to announce Tiny's Milk & Cookies has leased space in the Village Towers located at 9655 Katy Freeway in Houston, Texas. This will be Tiny's Milk & Cookies third location in Houston. Hannah Tosch of Colliers International represented the tenant, Tiny Boxwood's Holdings, LLC. The landlord, Moody National HQ, represented themselves in the transaction.
Tiny's Milk & Cookies is an extension of the Tiny Boxwoods restaurants. Priding themselves on their beloved and classic chocolate chip cookies, the team is excited to bring their concept to the Memorial neighborhood. This new location, which is situated along Gaylord Drive, is in the heart of Memorial Villages just around the corner from Memorial High School and Memorial City Mall. They roast their own coffee and espresso beans, make homemade ice cream and coffee syrups, as well as bake their cookies, pastries and breads in-house daily. They then serve everything from their quaint walk-up windows allowing each experience to have its own memorable quality.
