Boise, ID –Andrew Boespflug has joined the brokerage team in the Boise office where he specializes in the purchase and sale of Manufactured Housing Properties in Idaho. The transition to brokerage comes just shortly after Andrew was named among the top 25 most powerful commercial real estate professionals in Idaho in 2020 from Idaho Business Review.
Andrew has worked in commercial real estate as an appraiser, underwriter, owner, manager, and operator. He has an extensive background in investment analysis with a focus on lending-based
appraisal. He began his career in the commercial real estate industry in 2007 with Colliers which included stops in Vancouver, WA; Portland, OR; and Boise, ID.
He founded the Colliers International Valuation and Advisory Services Boise office as Senior Valuation Services Director in 2014. His specializations included investment analysis of manufactured housing communities, self- storage, and net leased properties.
Andrew previously worked as a Senior Underwriting Analyst with A10 Capital, a commercial real estate bridge lender. At A10 Capital, Andrew served as the Upper Midwest team leader for the Credit and Asset Management Department.
