Trophy office tower now 98 percent leased as Team Kingsley-Rutchik spearheads leasing activity at Colliers’ corporate office location
MIAMI (Oct. 15, 2019) – The Colliers International South Florida leasing advisory team headed by Stephen Rutchik and Jonathan Kingsley has successfully brokered 112,690 square feet of leases in the last 12 months, at 801 Brickell, the BOMA award-winning contemporary 28-story office tower featuring panoramic views of Brickell Key, Biscayne Bay and the city of Miami, as well as Colliers’ Brickell office location.
Executive Managing Director Stephen Rutchik, in collaboration with building ownership executed a strategic leasing plan that brought the asset to 98% leased. The building underwent a significant physical transformation and increased from 67% leased to 98% leased since the leasing team began the assignment.

Colliers, which has experienced tremendous growth in South Florida since moving into the iconic office tower in June of 2016, relinquished its original space to accommodate a 49,000 square foot lease to Spaces.
