Fast Growth Maxon Auto Corporation Grows up into Former Misfits Space

December 3, 2020 [Pennsauken, NJ]Ian Richman and Marc Isdaner of the Colliers International Mount Laurel office has represented Misfits Market in the subleasing of 140,800 square feet at 500 Griffith Morgan Lane in Pennsauken, New Jersey to new subtenant Maxon Auto Corporation.

Misfits Market is a quick-growing subscription box service whose move to a new build-to-suit facility in Delanco a few months ago necessitated the search for a new tenant to fulfill its existing lease requirement. Maxon Auto Corporation is a fast growth performance auto parts firm. Impressively, the group has grown from just 19,000 square feet elsewhere in Pennsauken to a substantially larger home at 500 Griffith Morgan. 

The building offered 24’ clear ceilings heights, 29 loading docks and 3 drive-in doors.
