Completion of 353 Crider Avenue Improvements Expected Mid-Q1 of 2021
January 11, 2021 [Moorestown, NJ] – Colliers International is pleased to announce the sale of 353 Crider Avenue in Moorestown, NJ, a 22,500-square-foot industrial building with 23’-27’ ceilings and one acre of outside storage/trailer parking. 353 Crider Avenue was purchased by Court Street Ventures in 2020 with the intention of completing a substantial renovation project including interior and exterior improvements. Ian Richman of Colliers Mount Laurel office represented Court Street Ventures in the acquisition and is now overseeing the leasing efforts. The improvements are expected to be completed by the middle of the first quarter.
353 Crider Avenue represents Court Street Ventures’ first acquisition in the Southern New Jersey Industrial Market. “We are looking forward to bringing this property to the market in the coming weeks, offering a unique combination of direct access to the greater Philadelphia consumer market and excess land for trailer parking or outside storage” says Principal Evan Kleppe.
