Kathy Foster receives Connect CRE 2020 Women in Real Estate Award

Foster stays ahead of emerging trends

November 12, 2020, Connect Media – Colliers International’s Kathy Foster competes by staying ahead of emerging trends in commercial real estate, whether that be sustainability efforts, the ways companies utilize space or healthy building endeavors.

Currently, she serves a dual role for the firm in Phoenix that encompasses account management for the Americas and as a Senior Vice President in Arizona.

That has allowed Foster the chance to work with large companies considering highly complicated real estate strategies, as well as simultaneously serving small and often under-funded non-profits that desperately need professional assistance.
